  Our experience with Ed Collins was refreshing. My husband and I were completely comfortable with our mortgage lending process because of Ed's personal approach. He was there, with a quick response, to answer any questions or help us figure out which paperwork we needed next. He doesn't take shortcuts. He showed integrity through the entire process. He was willing to work with our schedules. Ed was with us for the closing, even though he didn't have to be there; he followed through with us to make sure we were comfortable and that the process was complete. We were very pleased.

  This was the second time we worked with Ed, as he's who we worked with when we purchased our home. And just like the first time, we were extremely pleased! Ed is fantastic at what he does and he's easy to work with. He made sure we knew all of our options and answered any questions we had. He also made sure we were prepared for the whole process of refinancing from making sure we had all the necessary paperwork to helping us understand each step. And he was very good with following up with us when necessary. Overall, our experience with Ed was phenomenal and not only will we recommend him but we look forwarding to working with him again in the future.
